Hi, I’m Melissa, a certified seasoned life coach with 8 years of experience, helping clients to understand where they are struggling and guiding them to achieve the life they dream of.
I was my first client. I was going through a divorce with 2 young boys who needed me to be mom and dad. I was a mess, couldn’t
breathe, having panic attacks, and crying in the shower every night. I knew I wasn’t going to make it
unless I changed.
That’s when the RISE journey was born. That was 9 years ago, and have used the RISE journey to find direction to my life, find romance, and live life to the fullest.
