Summer Fun

This summer, ICF Iowa is excited to connect with you through some fantastic events!

We're hosting in-person socials this month in both Eastern and Central Iowa. We hope you'll join us for these informal gatherings to connect with other coaches. In August, we'll follow up with a virtual networking event.

We understand that summer schedules can be busy and look a little different. In light of this, we're taking a break from our Monday Morning Coaching Calls.

As summer is in full swing, I hope you are getting time with loved ones, enjoying longer days, eventually some cooler days, and time to rest and recharge.

Summer Hiatus

The sun is shining, the days are longer, and schools are on break. To allow for this time of personal renewal, we are taking a break from our Monday Morning Connection Call. We look forward to returning later in the year. Our return date will be announced in a future newsletter.

  • Membership Chair – 2-year term
  • Treasurer – 2-year term
  • Vice President* – 3-year commitment
*Our Vice President transitions into a one-year President term and one-year as Past-President.

We will share our experience and opinions, not answers. These sessions will not be recorded, as we want to encourage candid conversation and a safe space for all.

Coaches and Coffee - A Monthly Connect for Internal Coaches

  • Schedule Change! Thanks to feedback, we are changing the meeting day for this group. If you serve as a coach internal to an organization, we hope to see you! In 2025 we will meet on the last Thursday of each month, from 8AM to 9AM Central. We alternate virtual and in-person meetings.

Coaches & Coffee was started as a group for coaches internal to organizations. This coffee connection is expanding to welcome internal coaches throughout Iowa. We will continue to meet monthly, alternating in-person and virtual meeting modes. We look forward to meeting more of you!

During these one-hour calls, our team will be available to answer all your questions about credentialing requirements and the process to earn or renew an ICF credential.
