Biography
A seasoned healthcare leader with 40+ years of experience, including as a Chief Operating Officer, I bring a comprehensive understanding of organizational dynamics to my consulting, facilitation, and coaching practice. I design and deliver tailored solutions that drive measurable improvements in culture, team health, and performance. My 20+ years of experience in designing and delivering training spans a wide range of crucial topics, including coaching skills, leadership development, safety regulations, compliance requirements, and employee well-being. I am a licensed facilitator for Coach U's® Coaching Skills Clinic, certified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument, and I am pursuing certification in Gallup's CliftonStrengths Coaching process (November 2025). I have successfully presented to diverse audiences, from large virtual groups (hundreds) to smaller in-person sessions (10-100+). My passion lies in empowering individuals and teams to achieve their goals through effective coaching strategies. I have seen firsthand the transformative impact it can have on employees, clients, and Veterans.
I hold a Master of Science degree in Environmental Health from East Tennessee State University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Mars Hill University in Mars Hill, NC. I am available for speaking engagements including lunch and learns, retreats, conferences, breakout sessions, and customized training sessions. Open to pro bono services as needed.
