About this event

Cognitive Behavioral Coaching for Well-Being

It’s no secret that stress levels are running high—both at work and at home. The impact is real: drained energy, reduced focus, and compromised well-being. While proven interventions exist, many people can’t access them due to provider shortages, high costs, or the lingering stigma around therapy.

That’s where Cognitive Behavioral Coaching (CBC) comes in. Research shows that CBC, when delivered by accredited professionals, reduces stress and boosts well-being. Rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), CBC translates decades of scientific insight into practical, solution-focused tools. By helping clients see the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and actions, CBC empowers them to shift patterns, build resilience, and take meaningful steps toward their goals.

Coach learners will come away with:
  • A foundational understanding of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), including a brief history and how its principles have been thoughtfully adapted for use in coaching through the Cognitive Behavioral Coaching (CBC) model.
  • Clarity on what to listen for in coaching conversations to recognize when CBC tools are most effective and appropriate.
  • A practical toolkit of applied CBC strategies they can begin using immediately to help clients challenge unhelpful thought patterns, reframe limiting beliefs, and take more empowered action.
They’ll leave with greater confidence, clarity, and tangible techniques to integrate CBC into their existing coaching practice.

This session can be for coaches at all levels.
