Our mission
Provide a community where coaches at every stage find belonging, growth, and a commitment to excellence.
Guided by ICF ethics and competencies, we advance the personal and professional development of coaches, provide opportunities for growth and connection, and foster awareness of coaching throughout Iowa and beyond.
Our vision: Elevate the coaching profession to expand the impact of Iowa coaches.
Part of ICF Global

ICF Iowa is a charter chapter. You don't need to be an ICF Global member to join us: Global members join the chapter for $50 a year, and other coaches join as affiliate members for $75.
